Hand crafted Music
Before film and even before books, stories passed along a record of the existence of a people and their acquired wisdom. Music has been part of this storytelling since the beginning. It's one of the things which makes a story "stick."
Stories led to books and then film. Film is a great collaboration, bringing hundreds, sometimes thousands, of people together to tell a story.
In Tim's Words
"Writing music is an art while creating a film score is both an art and a craft. A composer fits the countless musical components together to create a seamless composition which helps tell the story.
That is the reason I write music for film and TV. There is no greater exhilaration than watching a film take shape. For me, creating the music that "sticks" to a picture is the addiction. It's what I crave. It's what keeps me up the long nights in search of the best music."
